Keyword Content/Density Report
We do a website content analysis to check website content pages for keyword density and other factors and notify you as to whether the content has appropriate content/keyword density or not, and whether amendments are required.
Competitive Analysis Report
This report identifies how the keyphrases you have selected fare in terms of competition, KEI, 24 hours hit ratio, and other factors.
As soon as you have approved our recommendations, we then optimize your web pages for the search engines, and undertake site refinements to create meta tags, debug and fix structural problems, and also fix HTML errors as appropriate, ready for the next step, which is manual submission to the search engines.
Search Engine Marketing Reporting after 2 Months
Once we have manually submitted your web pages to the search engines, we provide you with the following reports or notifications:
Bi-monthly summary reports
This provides a comparison report as to positions when work started and positions/progress after the first two months, then every subsequent two months.
Submissions Confirmation Report
As soon as submissions to various engines are completed, we send you a list which confirms that submissions have been completed, and the list of engines/directories.
Crawling Report
Approximately one month after your Submission Confirmation Report, we provide you with an updated status of which search engines have crawled your web site. There may be more than one report, as sometimes we find that some engines take longer to crawl, so we do another report a month later.

As the process 'moves on' we keep you in touch with what's happening, every step of the way.
Free Web Ranking Report
This is a ranking report which we normally start from month 3 onwards, when listings start to appear, and you get the positions of each of your keyphrases on each engine.
Link Popularity Report (if appropriate)
This report will only be relevant if we have undertaken a links campaign on your behalf. Our experts will review whether a campaign is required, and this will depend on the individual circumstances related to your business and website. It is not always necessary to provide this report with every project.
Tracking Services/Web Logs
We provide access to our online website traffic monitoring service, which provides you with web site analytics such as statistics and details of your website's hits and traffic patterns; putting the data into easy-to-understand charts and graphs.
